Once payment has been received you will receive written confirmation of the booking. Substitions may be made up to the day of the course. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the course date will be refunded 50% of the fee.

We do require a minimum number of candidates. Full refunds will be issued in the unlikely event the minimum number is not met.
